Hold a strategy meeting with client to determine exact skills needed, compensation, timeline, interview process.

Set the stage for our process and what success would look like

• Create opportunity profile & commence market mapping through various channels and outreaches
• We speak with each candidate before recommending them, and always assess both hard and soft skills. They are pre-screened, pre-qualified, and well informed about your job opportunity and organization.

• We submit qualified candidates to our client with a summarized version of our conversation with them, their rate of pay, and their geographic location, along with their resume and availability to interview
• Receive client feedback and schedule candidate interviews
• Once a candidate is selected, we would extend an offer to them along with negotiations on clients behalf
• Check references upon request
